We have had an excellent half term so far at Barnababies with lots of lovely new faces and our super ‘regulars’ coming along each week. The crafts have been fun. We’ve used Autumn leaves and sticks to make a tree picture, made a boat, a scarecrow and today we used made our own yummy bread rolls (thanks Jane). Next week we will have a Halloween theme to our crafts (Sorry Jane!) and after half term we will do a fantastic firework picture.
The children seem to enjoy the bubbles and music before song time so I will carry on doing that. If anyone has any ideas on how I can improve the way the group is run please don’t hesitate to let me know.
Thank you everyone who helps with the tidying up (your know who you are!). Extra help is always appreciated.
Half term break is on the 27th October so no Barnababies that week. If anyone is free and the weather isn’t too awful we could always go to Grosvenor Park that morning? Sarah Kempster
